When Will I Receive the Payment?
To understand when you will see the money in your account, please review the payment process below
Prerequisites (check beforehand)
- Check that you have completed the startup course in the landlord resources section, which is required to receive payments for your rentals.
- Check if you have any outstanding Identity Verification (KYC) with Adyen. See: All about identity verification with Adyen on Camplify
- Correct bank details : Updated IBAN in My Account > Account Details .
Payment schedule
Landlord payments are made weekly on Thursdays.
- Initial Payment: 50% of the amount on Thursday once the reservation has already started, this is what we call initial payment.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid on Thursday after the reservation is completed; this is what we call the final payment.
If a booking lasts less than a week and falls between two Thursdays, payment will be made on the first Thursday after the booking ends.
Modified Reservations
If the reservation was modified after the first payment was made, the second payment will be adjusted accordingly.
When will I see the deposit in my bank account?
Payments are immediate, but depending on your bank, it may take a few days to reach your account.
Have you not received a payment?Check the following in your Camplify dashboard :

Check if the "Confirm your identity" box appears .

If you see the “Identify me now” button , it means you haven’t yet completed verification with Adyen .

If it does not appear, the verification is already completed or under review.

Please verify that your bank details (IBAN) are correct in My Account > Account Details
- Make sure you have completed the startup course (in the Owner Resources section).
If more than two weeks have passed since the expected date and you haven't received it, please write to us at support@camplify.es so we can review it with you.
