When Will I Receive the Payment?

To understand when you will see the money in your account, please review the payment process below.

Note: Make sure you have completed the startup course in the owner resources section, which is necessary to receive payments for your rentals.

Owner payments are made weekly on Thursdays. You will be paid 50% of the reservation on the Thursday after the reservation starts; this is known as the initial payment. The remaining 50% is paid on the Thursday after the reservation ends; this is known as the final payment.

If a reservation lasts less than a week and fits between two Thursdays, the payment will be made on the first Thursday after the reservation ends.

If the reservation was modified after the first payment was made, the second payment will be adjusted accordingly.

Haven't received a payment?

Payments are immediate, but depending on your bank, it may take a few days to arrive in your account.

Attention: If you have recently made any changes to your bank account details in the "Your Account Details" section of your Camplify dashboard, please contact us to ensure the payment has been made to the correct account.
