What happens if my caravan is damaged during rental?

It's perfectly understandable that you might be hesitant to list your caravan for fear of damage. At Camplify, we understand better than anyone the concerns owners have about damage. That's why we're more than prepared for the eventuality that your caravan is damaged during a rental with Camplify.
Unfortunately, accidents do happen sometimes. In the event that something happens to your caravan during rental, all repairs will be covered by insurance, along with the excess we retain on all rentals. Being a registered Camplify user means you'll receive support from our dedicated support team during the cost recovery process, so you can sleep easy knowing we'll take care of everything.
By using our mandatory pre- and post-rental check forms, you will be able to inspect your caravanning vehicle and record any damage or defects it has sustained. If you believe there has been any damage, simply submit a damage claim to Camplify and the matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
