Travel Assistance

All motorhomes and campers that use Camplify Flexible Coverage benefit from travel assistance included in the rental, provided by Allianz.

Allianz guarantees the availability and operation of a telephone hotline, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, through which the Renter (Insured) can request the provision of guaranteed services via a collect call from Spain and, when possible, from abroad.

The organization and maintenance of an assistance network capable of providing guaranteed services 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

The execution, by own or external means, of the guaranteed services.

The payment of invoices for covered expenses. However, repair costs are not covered.
