Yes! All caravanning vehicles listed on our website must be fully insured for rental.
We have worked with the industry's leading insurance companies to develop tailor-made insurance for our users. This insurance guarantees owners full protection against any damage for the duration of the rental. Renters are also protected against any damage exceeding the amount of the deposit.
Renters should also be aware that in the event of a breach of rental, there are instances where they will be responsible for paying ALL costs of any repairs, replacement or damage they have caused. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Damage to the upper bodywork.
- Failure to comply with the terms of the contract.
- Damage to the underbody of the vehicle.
- Use of the vehicle by an unauthorised driver.
- Not having a valid driving licence to drive the rented option.
- Continuing to use the vehicle when, due to damage, it is not roadworthy, or when driving the vehicle may pose a risk.
- Use in prohibited areas, including: roads at risk of flooding or flooded; beaches, waterways, rivers, streams, dams and flood waters.
- Using caravanning vehicles without approval for driving on unpaved roads.
